IMS Oversize Gas Tank for 2023-2026 Husqvarna:
The stock fuel tank's capacity usage may vary depending on riding conditions. Aggressive riders may use most of the fuel, while less aggressive styles may leave some fuel on the left side when the tank is low.
The 3.18 kg, 0.4826 m x 0.4826 m x 0.6096 m IMS tank comes in two styles:
- One for use with the stock fuel pump and location
- One for use with previous generation fuel pumps for improved left-side fuel delivery
To use the previous generation fuel pump, purchase the following KTM parts:
- Older Gen. KTM EFI Fuel Pump (P/N: 79707088300)
- KTM Fuel Pump Nut (P/N: 78107088014)
- KTM 90 Degree Fuel Connector (P/N: 77707988017)
- KTM Gasket Kit (P/N: 78107089100)
Alternatively, aftermarket replacement pumps can draw more fuel from the left side in the stock pump location, such as those from Quantum Fuel Systems or TACO MOTO.

Important:
- For 2.8 and 4.5 gal tanks: slight modification/trimming to both right and left radiator shrouds is required (SEE PHOTO 3)
- Do not modify the stock pump to draw more fuel from the left side
- Dry break version of the tank does not include a screw cap adapter or a dry break receiver
- Work on fuel systems in a well-ventilated area. Gasoline is extremely flammable.
