The BRP Triple Clamp is a superior alternative to standard rubber-mounted bar clamps for motocross, supercross, and mini applications. This clamp is not compatible with the 2016 or 2017 YZF450.
Manufactured from high-quality 6061-T6 billet aluminum, BRP triple clamps are stronger than the OEM unit yet comparable in weight. They offer increased bar position options with reversible mounts available in three different heights and various offsets. The clamps' precision-machined fork bores feature a 2-pinch bolt design, increasing clamping surface on the forks and preventing fork twist during hard landings or crashes.
Installation is straightforward and can be completed with basic hand tools by a novice mechanic. However, depending on the model, additional hardware such as headlight & odo brackets or mounts may be required, which are an additional charge. In some cases, selecting rubber-mounted bar mounts may add 5mm to bar mount height. For solid-mounted bar mounts only, fork pinch bolts may come from the front.
