Discover the BRP Threaded Bar End Insert Kit
Designed for aluminum handlebars, this kit from Brp enhances the security of your wrap-around style enduro hand guards with a more robust mounting system. The kit includes:
- Two threaded inserts
- Two mounting bolts
- An optional 5/8-11 tap for threading handlebars
- An instruction sheet
Easy to install using a common hex key wrench, these inserts can be transferred from one bike to another. The threaded insert concept ensures a firm fit, preventing loosening by limiting the depth of the tapped handlebar.
The throttle side insert is extended by 1/4" to accommodate the throttle tube.
For optimal performance, apply loctite on the insert.
Please note: Tap is Sold Separately. Select Tap in the Drop Down Menu.
Important: Azonic double wall and Renthal Twin Wall Handle bars have a larger ID than other bars. As a result, these inserts DO NOT work with these bars.
