The BRP SUB Mount is a stabilizer mounting solution designed for use with BRP Rubber Mounted Triple Clamps. This mount positions the bar 17mm in front of the steering stem, raising the handlebar height by 25mm. Suitable for GPs, motocross, off-road, and dual-sport riders, especially those of taller stature.
This mount is designed to accommodate 1 1/8" ProTaper handlebars and installs below the handlebar, replacing the bar mount assembly on OEM, BRP, or Scotts triple clamps. The SUB Mount setup offers advantages over traditional "above bar" stabilizer setups:
- Reduced risk of injury from contact with the stabilizer
- Approximately 1 inch taller bar position on most models
- Enables the use of an additional bar pad for added protection
Please note that BRP SUB Mounts are exclusively designed for OEM, BRP, or Scotts triple clamps. For triple clamps from other manufacturers, contact us to determine compatibility. Special notes:
- When using a Scotts stabilizer in the SUB Mount configuration, the arm must be reversed mounted.
- Using a lower bend bar can help maintain the stock bar height.
- Triple clamp style enduro handguard mounts may not work with many bar bends in the SUB Mount setup. We recommend using BRP BMI-9254 Hand Guard Mounts instead.
This product will not fit with the BRP 4-Post Triple Clamps.
