The BRP SUB “Scotts Under Bar” Mount was originally designed for the Honda XR650. Customers report this fits the PR7, NOT TESTED on the PR7 by BRP.
If you are looking for more vibration dampening, the [RSA-1000627](https://shopbrp.com/dirt-bike-parts-shop/stabilizer-misc/sub-mount/brp-rubber-sub-mount-ajp-pr7/) should also fit the PR7.
The stabilizer needed for the PR7 is the [SDD-4200-40R](https://shopbrp.com/dirt-bike-parts-shop/stabilizer-misc/scotts-steering-stabilizer-40/).
As of 2026, neither BRP nor Scotts makes an official Frame Bracket / Tower / Post for the PR7 which is required to make the stabilizer work (without this, the stabilizer link arm has nothing to pivot against).
The AJP PR7 seems to have a steel frame that can utilize the[FBD-4551 weld on tower](https://shopbrp.com/dirt-bike-parts-shop/stabilizer-misc/frame-bracket/scotts-weld-on-standard-length/), but again this has not been tested by BRP.
The SUB Mount setup offers several benefits over a conventional “above bar” stabilizer setup.
* Reduced risk of injury by coming into contact with stabilizer
* Approximately 1″ taller bar position on most models
* Enables you to run a bar pad for 1 more level of protection

SPECIAL NOTES:

* When running a Scotts stabilizer in the SUB Mount configuration you will need to use the 34mm extended link arm and forward mount style tower.
* Using a lower bend bar can often emulate the stock bar height.
