This BRP SUB ADAPTER DM-SUB KIT is designed for riders with a Scotts stabilizer who wish to switch to a sub-mounted setup. The kit includes a Sub adapter, frame bracket, and all required hardware. It is engineered to install a Scotts stabilizer below the handlebar using your OEM cast or billet triple clamp.

The BRP SUB adapter attaches to the existing rear bar mount holes, enabling the use of in-position 3 or 4. Sub-mounting a stabilizer provides several advantages over a traditional "above bar" setup, including:

  • Approximately 1″ taller bar position
  • Lower Bend Bars can be used to compensate for added height
  • Reduced risk of bodily injury
  • Stabilizer is tucked away and shielded from potential damage in a crash

Please note that this kit requires the use of a Reducer Ring around the head tube to mount the frame bracket. A 5mm spacer is provided to prevent interference between the number plate bracket and frame bracket. We recommend using a Clean Speed Cable Guide (Sold Separately) for proper cable routing.

As an authorized Scotts Stabilizer Dealer and Service Center, BRP offers a comprehensive line of stabilizer mounting applications and replacement parts. Our expertise in stabilizer mounting applications ensures top-notch service for all Scotts stabilizers.

**Special Note:** When installing a stabilizer in the sub mount configuration, the stabilizer link arm must be reverse-mounted "under the body of the unit". To reverse the link arm, we recommend using a Scotts Link Arm Puller (Sold Separately).
