Recommended for users who have already installed a Scotts stabilizer and frame bracket, this kit offers an approximately 1″ taller handlebar position. Lower Bend Bars can be employed to offset this additional height. Sub-mounting the stabilizer reduces the risk of bodily injury and safeguards the stabilizer from potential damage in the event of a crash.
