The BRP Rubber Sub Mount Kit from Scotts Performance is designed to reduce rider fatigue and isolate vibration using eight poly-urethane bushings. This kit includes a BRP Rubber Mounted SUB Adapter, Scotts Bolt on Tower (Frame Bracket), and sets of medium and soft rubber bushings, along with all necessary hardware. For optimal cable routing, consider purchasing a Clean Speed Cable Guide (sold separately).
This mounting kit is ideal for those with a Scotts stabilizer who wish to go sub-mounted. It allows the stabilizer to be mounted below the handlebar using your OEM cast or billet triple clamp. The base plate attaches to the existing rear bar mount holes, enabling the popular position 3. Sub-mounting a stabilizer offers benefits such as a taller bar position, lower bend bars, reduced risk of injury, and protection from potential damage in a crash.
Important: Select the correct year, model, and triple clamp to ensure proper fitment. When mounting the stabilizer in the sub mount configuration, the link arm must be reverse mounted using a Scotts Link Arm Puller (sold separately). This unit is not compatible with Cycra center reach mount handguards.
