The BRP Rubber MTD Sub Mount DM-SUB Kit from Scotts Performance is designed to reduce rider fatigue by isolating vibration using eight poly-urethane bushings. This kit includes a BRP Rubber Mounted Sub Adapter, a Scotts Bolt-on Tower (Frame Bracket), sets of red (medium) and blue (soft) rubber bushings, and all necessary hardware.
This sub mount assembly is suitable for those with a Scotts stabilizer who wish to mount it below the handlebar using the OEM triple clamp. The BRP Rubber Mounted Sub adapter mounts to the existing rear bar mount holes, allowing you to maintain the same bar position as stock for 06-08 models and +5mm forward for 09-13 models.
Sub mounting a stabilizer offers several benefits, including a roughly 1" taller bar position, the ability to use lower bend bars, reduced risk of bodily injury, and protection of the stabilizer from potential damage in a crash.

- Note: When running a stabilizer in the sub mount configuration, the stabilizer link arm will need to be reverse mounted.
