BRP Rubber Mounted SUB Mount 06-08 YZF 250 W/ OEM TC

The BRP Rubber Mounted SUB Adapter is a motorcycle part designed to reduce rider fatigue by isolating vibration using eight Poly-Urethane bushings. This kit includes the adapter, sets of medium and soft rubber bushings, and all necessary hardware. It is suitable for those who already have a Scotts stabilizer and frame bracket and wish to go sub-mounted.

This BRP product is engineered to mount a Scotts stabilizer below the handlebar using the OEM triple clamp. It fits models from 06-08 and offers an approximately 1 inch taller bar position. Sub-mounting a stabilizer offers benefits such as lower risk of bodily injury, stabilizer protection from damage, and the ability to use lower bend bars to compensate for additional height.

Please note that when running a stabilizer in the sub-mount configuration, the stabilizer link arm will need to be reverse-mounted. We recommend using a Scotts Link Arm Puller (sold separately) for this process. This unit is not compatible with cycra center reach mount handguards.
