BRP Billet Gas Cap for Acerbis Tanks is now available in black anodizing. This fuel cap is designed for Acerbis tanks with a larger 65mm (approx. 2.560″) threaded opening. To ensure compatibility, please measure the outside diameter of your current fuel cap before purchasing. We also offer the GC-5 for older/smaller Acerbis tanks.

The BRP Billet Lite Gas Caps are comparable in weight to OEM, Acerbis, or IMS plastic gas caps. These caps boast a chemical-resistant seal that doesn't degrade like other gaskets. The ergonomic design offers a comfortable grip with an outer contour that is easy to hold. Each cap is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a vent pipe for improved durability.

Our billet lite gas caps are meticulously crafted to ensure a precise fit and easy installation. The anodize finish is not only visually appealing but also engraved with the BRP logo for a custom factory look. Replacement rubber gaskets are available.
