The DM-SUB Kit by Scotts Performance is designed for riders using a Scotts steering stabilizer and looking to upgrade to the SUB Mount system. This kit includes an adjustable SUB Mount and a bolt-on tower.
This mount allows you to run your handlebars in two positions: 17mm or 27mm in front of the steering stem. The stock handlebar position is 14mm in front of the stem. The handlebar height is raised by 25mm.
Key features of the BRP SUB Mount include:
- Reduced risk of injury as the stabilizer is mounted below the handlebar
- Approximately 1 inch taller bar position on most models
- Enables the use of a bar pad for an additional level of protection
Please note that when using a Scotts stabilizer in the SUB Mount configuration, the arm must be reversed mounted. A lower bend bar can often maintain the stock bar height. Triple clamp style enduro handguard mounts may not work with many bar bends, so U-clamp or Bonz mounts are recommended.
The DM-SUB Kit is designed exclusively for OEM, BRP, or Scotts triple clamps. If you have a triple clamp from another manufacturer, please contact us to see if we have an application that will work.
